Concord 4 Bus Failure after new Cell Module Installed

Our 3G cell module went offline a week ago with our Concord 4. Called the security company, and they said they would send out a CD-421-US-VZ 4G cell module for free to get everything back online.

That's just it... I BELIEVE the monitoring...

That's just it... I BELIEVE the monitoring service gives you the two-way control that you're looking for arming/disarming. Otherwise, it's just a "signaler" to your cellphone. Others may chime in...
