FIXED!!! I, yes I, fixed the problem. After it leaked
again, I tried to determine which segment of the pipe in slab
is leaking since I remember that the previous plumber said
that no (soldered) connections should be in slab. All pipes

in my case, the water meter is not spinning. I also tried
turning on one of the faucet by a little trickle and it is not spinning
either. So, looks like it does not tell much for a small leak.
