Your furnace being replaced shouldn't have anything to do with your coil, they are two separate systems. You should be able to get a new furnace installed while leaving the existing coil intact.

It could be the blower wheel itself, not the actual motor. It may be out of round and rubbing on the housing. I've also seen the squirrel cage portion physically separate from the wheel hub.

My guess would be that there's vibration being transferred from the furnace to the duct work. See if there's any unsecured pieces of duct or if the blower is vibrating.
