Normally i would never say that a competitors products would be good LOL, but the LED's from LED liquidators would probably work just fine. However you will be the first that I know of to try them...

I can say that i have no experience with CFL's or LED's flickering in a fan unless a dimmer switch is involved.

This is just a fyi, but LED's will flicker because they reach unpublished lower...

The two light fixtures are going to be very similar. We replaced metal halide with CFL often, but it does depend on the application. (What are you using it for).
