GE Washer won't spin or agitate

When I do continuity test on Lid switch I get the same reading lid closed or open 003. when turned on to 200 ohms 001. Does this mean lid switch bad?

oven will not heat(I gave up after 2 minutes) though the igniter does glow right away. Oh,and the stove burners all work. Have had it for 7 yrs
