Thanks for the input guys. I think the BW heater actually costs about 60$ More but after install its about the same.

So best bet then, figure out if its #8 wire, if its #10 probably replace that...

Both wires came off the old light switch. There were two blacks backstabbed into the existing lightswitch which only has 2 ports / 2 screws.
