Bypass configuration question

I'm planning on installing a water filter along with a new water softener.

Should I create a separate bypass circuit for the water filter, or use the same bypass circuit as the water softener?

I believe the wye fitting restricts vent air, and I don't think he had the min of 4inch run.

See anything wrong with this laundry standpipe

I had a plumber put in a standpipe for my washer, the left vertical pvc pipe has a studer valve on top.

Curious if anyone else see something wrong with how this is configured.
