I'm planning on installing a water filter along with a new water softener.

Should I create a separate bypass circuit for the water filter, or use the same bypass circuit as the water softener?

CasualJoe: I agree.

I believe the wye fitting restricts vent air, and I don't think he had the min of 4inch run.

See anything wrong with this laundry standpipe

I had a plumber put in a standpipe for my washer, the left vertical pvc pipe has a studer valve on top.

Curious if anyone else see something wrong with how this is configured.

thanks

Pete:

I kinda want to get rid of the outdoor box in favor of a single branch circuit with receptacle.

Also, I don't believe this sub-panel is even outdoor rated.

Joed:

No, the other uf-b wire you see in the panel feeds a non-used receptacle.

There is only one 10-2 uf-b wire feed to this panel.

NM cable in crawlspace

Question:

If I run NM cable parallel to the floor joist, would it go on the side or bottom of the joist?
