Problem solved
One wire was not snapped into the back of the outlet. It was loose.
I pulled out all the wires connected in the back, and remade the connections to the screws. Problem solved.

Bricks are not a structural component of a house. A 4" hole will not impact the strength of the foundation.
I would try to avoid a 90 degree corner as this will impact the airflow.

If you have drywall on the inside of your home, then it better to blow the insulation from the inside. It would much easier and cheaper to repair the drywall then an exterior finish.
