My guess is, it is the control board since they are both low in the double oven. I am checking the thermometer at a friends house to make sure the store bought thermometer is accurate.

Thanks for the reply. I bought some flat screws with big washers and will do these in addition. I got all the epoxy off the original ones and will reuse those as well. Using JB weld 2 part epoxy.
