I forgot to mention that I can't leave a space between the roof sheething and the insulation. The roof rafters in the shed are 2x4's and so the insulation takes up all the room.

Yes. It is heated. It's my workshop. In this climate, I'd never be able to work out there if it wasn't heated and I'd lose an awful lot of heat through the roof if I didn't have it insulated.
