It really isn't the wood rotting it is the cinder block where it meets the wood becuase you see that rock forced the drainage there

A big problem was that large rock that wasn't giving the water a good way to escape. I plan on removing that and somehow fixing up a little retaining wall but allowing for water exit.

So 4" where the foam vent is 6" where it isn't.
I already bought 6.5" r19 insulation this was a leak that is fixed.

Matching insulation and vapor barrier

I had a leak, we got a new roof. I cut the drywall larger for access. Question is now that vapor barrier I patched it a bit beciase it was torn. Is that ok?
