The mobile home on the property is from the mid 70's, so that's the age I'm guessing the breaker box is. That 200A milbank meter looks close. I like the idea of Ebay and/or going to a sheet metal...

On both sides there would of been a 15"x4" duct. They would of ran parallel to the 12" duct but more center to each half.
