The floor is bare slab now. The tile was ruined due to the leak, so a thicker tile would be in the plans followed with a reinforncement ring for the flange. I thank you kindly cw, for all your help.

:( sorry if I wasn't clear about my post. I meant that it was the toilet in the basement. This means that the flange is exposed from the cement flooring.
