Or....you could buy some floor patch and level it as best as you can. Then install luann over the whole area, fill the joints and install a new vinyl flooring over it. I think vinyl is the best for...

If cost is not a factor, I would install the underlayment first, plus the sheet goods. That way, the vinyl will never curl at the cabinet toe kicks and it will be much easier to install.
