Had our home sided by Hardy with their own crew doing the install in 2007. They used Tyvek behind butt joints. Visible if they were sloppy but otherwise worked.

Replaced fuse on DVM and still no ohm readings. Old meter and likely needs to be replaced. Can you do anything with the voltage only reading? Do you have a source for the board?
