How was 5 ton's found to be the correct size without a heat load being done? If a heat load was done then just convert that to room by room and you will know how many CFM will be needed for each...

R22 is a lot cheaper now than in may of 18. Even for may of last year Id say it is still high. We also don't know if this had cost such as truck charge, scales, the techs time etc.
