I installed the new fan clutch this weekend....

I installed the new fan clutch this weekend. Everything is back to normal. I can hear the fan clutch engaging now, In fact it kicks in at about 190 degrees. And it cools down temperature spikes fast....

Correct. It heated up more than it normally did with a good fan clutch. Also I am used to hearing the noise when the clutch kicks in, which I'm not now. I'll install a new one this weekend.
