jump RC and RH and do not use blue. there is a fuse on your circuit board that is blown due to a low volt short, look in the blower compartment for it. probably a 5 or 3 amp spade type

on and off for 5 seconds could be a dirty flame sensor (rod at burner furthest from ignitor) or pressure switch. do you have an volt meter? clean the flame sensor with steel wool and let us know
