Condensers get rid of heat.Yours might do it a touch faster. This might lower suction pressure a bit but not enough to make a lot of difference imo. At most might affect it a little more on cooler...

I think return air is return air and it does not matter which way it comes from.Never noticed a difference in sound either but wasn't paying a lot of attention to that aspect.
