Clean or replace thw aerator. If you have a pull out type faucet unscew the hosr where it connects to the head there is often a screen there.

I would hope that the pit you have is a sealed sewerage ejector pit and not an open sump pump pit. You have a grey water application here and a sealed pit is required. The level should not be high...

Install it as close as possible to the offending valve that causes the water hammer. What is your water pressure? Is the pipe properly secured? Is the pipe properly sized?

Flapper or fill valve I can't tell from here!

If water is running into the tank but it isn't filling you may need either a new flapper or an adjustment so it can close.

If the tank is full and the water is not shutting off you need a new fill...
