Magnum 2600 Alert - How to reset current user code

G'day all.
I have a Magnum 2600 with RP2000LCD keypads.
I am trying to reset the user codes either through hard-wiring the correct pins or via the keypad.

They are split wired receptacles, with a double breaker.

1. Wirenuts.
2. Split bolts.
