Weird snowblower wheels won't engage unless lifted

Nor'easter here in the Northeast...Craftsman 5.5 HP 2 stage

snowblower runs. depress drive and wheels won't spin. I can only blow going down the driveway. upward..forget it

I meant the face is just slightly off center...

I meant the face is just slightly off center because of a 1/8 of a turn like to the 2 minute mark of a watch (if that makes sense)

oh well....just jinxed it.. everything was...

everything was fine till 5 hours after install. went down and boiler temp was almost at "0". waited and it wouldn't come on. raised the thermostat and a few seconds...

NJT Sticky for PRV/Expansion Tank

first off, thanks NJT for the help. had a massive leak from the relief valve and replaced that and the expansion tank. I followed everything to the "T" and it worked out...........except....
