Absolutely correct. I took the side burner apart and there were a bunch of cobwebs inside, cleaned out and now have a nice blue flame. Tomorrow, the main burners!

Here's a picture of the flame sensor. Looks like its carboned over. I've turned off the power and I'm going to try cleaning it off and see if that does the trick.

I took out the filter to see if that would give an indication of that being the problem, and it's still short cycling. It tried for about ten minutes and has stopped again.
