What I have found most times with that washer is either pump is jammed or pump is bad. Usually I have found a small item like a safty pin jammed in impeller of pump. I found a nickle in one.

A lot of times the nut is welded to the screw. If that is the case if you have enough of the threads left to put nut and wire on top of old nut that should work.. Old nuts from old unit will be fine.

All should show continuity. The open one is bad. It is the hi limit thermostat. After you replace it clean the vent to the outside. Can tell you it is partially clogged.
