Today I silver soldered the coil. It went well.
Put it all back together, and fired it up.

Yes, it is stainless steal.
Manufacture date is 8-2004 on the boiler.
I guess I could try calling factory rep here in Minnesota on Monday and see what they have to say about it.

At the time they bent engine wasnt hot. Snowblower only moved about fifty feet, then went into about 2 feet deep shoveled snow bank and quit.

Maybe my gas mix killed it. 92 oct. gas with stabil...

First thing the pros here will want some picture...

First thing the pros here will want some picture taken farther away so they can see how the pipes are going.

Second, The expanstion tank is not to be full of water. It needs and air cushion.

I would score it with utility knife on center of the studs. Then use a hammar to bust up the drywall around the box.
