Well I guess it doesn't matter about the no-hub...

Well I guess it doesn't matter about the no-hub because i have to go all the way to the stack which leaves me with 4 inch bell that i have to clean up and use a donut on.

Not if don't OVER heat it. Meaning only heat it to the point where the solder will start flowing then remove the heat.

I don't think you have a pilot. That ignitor starts and then the gas valve opens and voila you get flame.

Maybe you do have a gas problem??? do you have other gas appliances? are they working?

Yep looks like the model as trooper suggested.

That wire bail on the front flips down so you can pull the relay out of the socket as it is replaceable

It's possible that the contacts in the relay are dirty and not making a good connection so the boiler is not firing

I think all CI boilers do? It tells the boiler when to fire up and how hot to make the water before shutting off. Also it usually controls the circ pump

You may want to check your aquastat. There is a relay in there and I know from experience the one in mine got stuck before and the boiler wouldn't fire.
