I had a strange call today. He was looking to change the timing to TDC on a 3.5hp vertical B&S engine so he could run it on Hydrogen. Anyone ever heard of doing this?

Finally fixed!!

Finally got it running fairly smooth. Here is what I tried:
Tried with no air filter- no change.
New NGK Spark plug- no change.
Adjusted governor- slightly better.
Installed new Carb- no change....
