The well is about a foot and a half in diameter and I'm positive the pump is in the well unless it is buried underground, no possible way that it is in the house.

I kind of doubt it' a frozen pipe as it is all burried about 16 feet down and it happens even on days that...

Could be that your air proving switch is not...

Could be that your air proving switch is not closing and therefore n9t allowing the gas to flow, while replacing the hsi did you take off one of the silicone tubes maybe?
