Running cables through top plate

how many wires, 14AWG and/or 12AWG, can I run through the same hole in a top plate from the attic down to the sub panel? 95% or more of these circuits will b 20amp, only a handful of 15amp circuits....

Thanks guys thats what I was thinking. I will cap all drain lines before I pure new concrete to patch the slab. I'm replacing all lines so Im sure nothing will leak into the city sewer line.
