check your fuel pressure.
try unplugging your maf sensor, to see if it runs better(throws it into open loop, the car runs on fixed values)...

i think you just take the nob off the switch and unscrew the ring sticking out of the dash then reach under the dash and pull it out.(its been a long time) you might have to take the front cover off...
