good deal, the paint thinner seems to have worked. What would you suggest i apply next? I have a gardsman polish spray, pledge, or I read something about turtle wax?

No. I mean it was exactly how it was purchased from the furniture store. It def is very scratch prone (aka cheap) so it doesnt take much to put even light scratches
