Update: Turned the PSI down to about 1 or less....and no water...and piping hot...

I went home at lunch and lowered the PSI from 2 down to about 1. Wife is indicating it is heating and no leaking....yet..... going to test it more...

What are your thoughts of just keep cycling the system a few times to see if it clears itself? I had the pipes flushed 2 years ago so I am very suspect of this. It seems like somewhere in the system...
