Well I rushed home from Maryland back to NJ for this. Had an electrician here 7am. After troubleshooting he determined one leg off the main breaker was bad. So the main breaker needs to be replaced....

Not sure I follow. TR is on the zone valve correct? I need to be sure I am wiring 24V for the thermostat correctly. Thermostat does not have power. Only ran the new wire because the TSTAT needs 24V....
