As Gunguy45 pointed out you USUALLY order 12", 16" or 22" deep cabinets. You'l have to check with the cabinet manufacturer. In my kitchen I have 16", 19" and 24" base cabinets.

If it's an old mud floor there is probably metal lathe underneath. Once you can get underneath it, you can "peel" it up by using the rotary hammer and pulling back on the lathe
