Is it cooling the house? I would check the CPH setting on teh thermostat first. My focus pro runs 10minutes on 10 minutes off because the CPH is set for 3 cycles per hour, maybe yours is set higher.

No ice but I wouldn't consider it light. It's enough that is runs out the bottom of the condenser and wets the concrete pad. It does it more during the day but the house stays cool.
