limestone bleed thru

power problems with blower

I have a stihl BG72 blower and I'm having trouble running it at full power...I'm constantly adjusting the chock to get half decent power....even after the blower warms up the choke must be kept half...

the downspout it self is fine.....the pvc/downspout adapter is not glued to the rest of the drainpipe.....is there a reason they are not glued or should i glue it toghether....thanks
