Yes I have, that was the point of the whole post, it doesn't make sense to me that all 4 unused wires don't seem to work yet they are available at both ends of the run.

I'm really disappointed...

Using a meter, pretty much everything at the furnace shows 24v. I just retested red/blue and it's 24v.



I can see about half of it...
