He did look at it. It has no sags. it is pitched down toward the furnace.
It has been runnung fine for the past 3 or 4 days...but that is because I've kept the stat at 68, with no night setback....

ForeverKnight, that log in function is only on XP Professional. It is likely he has XP Home....which has no administrator login.
