also have discovered that if I let the unit rest for a 30 minutes or so...then it will come on....could it be that something is overheating and causing it to stop? and then when it cools down it...

The motor doesn't feel hot.....looked at the scematics and it does say it's a multi-speed motor....I get a humming sound now when the unit is turned on....wont work on heat either now, thanks again...

With the new tstat installed, it's doing the same...

With the new tstat installed, it's doing the same thing...i can jump the R-G and it will run....just like with the old tstat installed

Ok, getting frustrated, replaced the tstat and it does the sae thing. When set to cool, the fan will run for a few minutes and then stop. Any ideas?

I jumped the red to the green as suggested and the blower came on. I really appreciate the prompt replies, thank you again
