That's what I figured. THe only way of getting around the tree problem is to limit the coverage to say 90 degrees. May not be such a bad thing since that would cover the bedroom windows.

We have a 20 year old hardwired system in the home.
I replaced the main guts with the GE Concord (good stuff) and reused all the sensors. THe hallway sensor (Napco name on it) appears to still work...
