Filling underlayment cracks

I plan to put new Congoleum sheet vinyl in kitchen and had to replace some on the 1/4 inch Laun which was on top of the 3/4inch plywood base. I have about 1/8" gaps between the new and old plywood....

Low flow on new faucet

Plumber just installed a new Kohler Devenshire vanity faucet and stop valves. Flow is very low even with spout filter removed. Could there be a water restrictor in the faucet or stop valves?

Sanded or unsanded grout for Durango tile

If my tile joints are greater than 1/8" I know that I should be using sanded grout. However I am afraid that sanded grout in the holes that are present in Durango the tile may not look so good....

Smile Problem Resolved

Trouble was bad Honeywell (in my case) pressure switch. Bradford-White sent me new switch which I installed and since then no trouble.
