yes it is, heat pumps don't put out the heat like gas or electric. you should have a emergency heat back up though but that will not come on unless you go 2-3 degrees below setpoint

All is well now. The backs had about nothing let, the fronts had 1/4 inch or more. The backs took a 12MM and a cresent to hold the inner part, but they came off easy.
