Another update... I traced all the resistances...

Another update...
I traced all the resistances of the circuit and it seems the thermostat is acting up.
When I turn it up to a temp that calls for heat I go from infinate resistance to 0.3 ohms....

I dont see myself ever needing the full amperage. Its really just for lights and a convenience outlet. That said, I probably should do it once and do it right...

I looked up the ohm values on the 20P spec sheet. I had a 2.2K in the house, which worked.
