I'm not sure the number of the siding but it is a wood. I want to finish it off but the more I look at it, I think it might be better to reside that space under the windows the width of the house...

Gas stove flame set too high

Perhaps this is a crazy question but is there a way I can get my stove to a lower setting for simmering or cooking low? All burners are way too high.
