the filter is below, at the bottom of the indoor unit. The coils are above that and then the return air thing is above that. There is about 10-11 inches between the filter and the top of the water...

Question Power went out, now no AC!

Here's the timeline..
5 am : noticed hallway light(on a dimmer) would dim every minute or so. Lights always dimmed for a minute when AC would kick on, so did not think much of.
