any suggestions for a battery charger for size C batteries?

I go through a lot of them in my shop and those batteries get expensive. Any suggestions. I also wonder how many times a person can charge those batteries before they have to be thrown out?

I assume it would be a paint that is most reflective but maybe there is some other solution that will do the trick. The purpose being to reflect as much light with as much intensity as is possible.
