fabric covering vinyl vertical blinds

Hi,
I have leftover fabric from curtains I had made for one window in my sunroom. The other windows have white vinyl vertical blinds. I have lots of leftover fabric and thought it would be cool to cover the panes with it. Does anyone have any suggestions of the best way to do that? Glue? I'm not very crafty so I would appreciate any help.

Thanks

well, i guess no one has any ideas for you! sorry! i'm stumped because i can't figure out how you'd be able to cut the fabric exactly the size you need - if it was wallpaper, i'd say cut the strip larger than the vane & adhere it on, then once dry, trim it to size by running a blade around the edges of the vane. but i don't think that would work with fabric. and with fabric, you've got the whole fraying issue. if you cut the fabric first, it would probably stretch when glued.

sorry - i'm just stumped.

i'm moving this over to the Crafts & Hobbies area......maybe they'll have an idea for you. good luck!
