Sewing window seat cushions
Hi,
I usually quilt and love working with fabric and a sewing machine to do a lot of things, but I was approached to sew covers onto three foam, window seat cushions and was wondering if any of you had tips for me.
The cushions are 2" thick, 41" long, and 15.5" wide. I have about 4.125 feet of fabric with no specific design on it. It's a solid tanish color.
I've read a bit up on these and think I know what to do, but didn't know if anyone had done this before and had any suggestions before I got started. Any suggestions would be appreciated and if you need more information, just ask.
Thanks.

I don't think you have enough fabric. Seems you only have enough to do one cushion. Are you going to add cording? You'll need at least another yard just for that.
You want to make the covers the same size as the foam so they'll fit snug.
