one of the snaps on my shirt no longer fits in the snapped part.
It seems as if the snap is too big to fit in it.
How can I fix this??

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Sometimes metal parts will sort of wear down over time. The only thing you can do is replace the snaps (both) with new ones, but may be difficult to do unless they're the sewn in kind. The riiveted kind is put in with some kind of machine or plier type tool. If it's a good shirt, may be worth it to take it to someone that alters clothing or a tailor, however, not everyone will be able to do it or want to do it.
