removing carpet..
Hi there,
i am trying to replace the carpet in my appartment with hardwood flooring. However, after i rip out the carpet, there is a layer of foam glued to the concrete below it. Does anyone know any good way to remove this layer of foam.... most area of it are glued. i need to remove this foam before i could patch/level the concrete floor. thanks in advance
